EMERGENCY SITUATION, PLEASE READ.
Hey guys, Breemod here aka Jessiie, i am very, very sorry for doing this, but i have no other choice, theres nothing else i can do..
As most of you guys know, iv been living with my sister for the past few years, as i moved out of my mothers house due to the violent environment. My sisters home has been my home for these past few years as i have nowhere else to go at the moment. For the past few months we have been struggling a little with the rent, though we always managed to get it paid, often times late, but it still got paid.
Today on 10th of December 2016 we received these letters from the homeowner (our landlord) and hes come to the decision that he’s going to evict us and we need to be gone by the 31st of December 2016 giving us only 3 weeks to find a new place, find the money for a new place, and to pack up and leave. We have nothing right now, this has come as a huge shock to us as we’ve never had any problems with the landlord before. 3 weeks is hardly enough time and on top of that my sister also has a 7 month old baby, so not only will we be homeless, its putting my nephew in danger too. Honestly this year has just been absolutely terrible luck-wise, and i dont know what else to do.
We’re going to need money to put a deposit down on a new home, for any extra deposits we may need to put down and to pay a months rent in advance, since almost every property over here will not accept you unless you’re able to pay a months rent in advance. Im really sorry for coming to you guys for help, but there is nothing i can do, i dont want to end up homeless, on the streets and i definitely dont want that for my nephew either.
The rest of my family know about this situation and are currently looking for any available places we could possibly move in to, we cant move in with any other family members as there is not enough room for all of us, we NEED to find somewhere new to live and we NEED to find that place, and get enough money to pay it off in just 3 weeks or we’re out on the streets.
After talking to my sister about this whole situation we’ve worked out that we’ll need around £700- £800 to get us into a new place, this money will be used for a deposit onto the new place, any extra deposits that we’ll need to pay and the month in advance rent.
Please if anybody can help us, either by donating money to my paypal or spreading the word we will really, really appreciate it.
